Meet Family Church PC
Family Church rebranded in 2021, from First Baptist Church of Port Charlotte for missional purposes to better serve the community (see our Mission Statement). We are a conservative, evangelical church that prioritizes expository preaching. Our doctrine is based on The Baptist Faith & Message (Southern Baptist).
We love families and have a full-time staff that caters to preschool, children, students, and singles. Our family groups are available for everyone, from students to seniors. Family Christian Academy provides education to 400 students from K-3 to 12th grade.
We are a debt-free church, which enables us to focus on promoting and practicing missions. We support local drives for socks, kid's shoes, food, diapers, and other necessities to serve the community. As a church, we value truth, love, and serving.

We offer 3 services every Sunday. The 8:00 am service is our more traditional service, featuring the great hymns of the faith. The 9:30 & 11:00 am services are the same and offer a blend of modern worship songs. View a clip of each below.
